Analysis of Long-term Outcomes of 3200 Liver Transplantations Over Two Decades: A Single-Center Experience

We reviewed recipient outcomes after hepatic transplantation performed at UCLA over 2 decades. Factors that influence long-term patient and graft survival were analyzed in 3200 transplants. Although the most recent era of transplantation (1991–2001) was associated with greater risk factors, outcomes were improved.
